Your privacy
Puzzle Moments is designed to respect your privacy. The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, advertising identifier or precise location.
Data stored on your device
Puzzle Moments stores game data locally so the app can remember your progress and preferences.
- Completed puzzles, scores, trophies, level, XP, coins and unlocked content
- Game settings, language preference and appearance settings
- A random local player ID used as a technical identifier
- An optional in-game display name if you choose one
Gameplay analytics
To improve balance, performance and content quality, Puzzle Moments may send pseudonymous gameplay statistics to a server operated for the app. These statistics are not used for advertising or tracking across other apps or websites.
- Random player ID and session ID
- App version, operating system and general device type
- Game mode, difficulty, piece count, pack/category/puzzle identifiers
- Completion or abandonment, duration, moves, hints, previews, bonuses and penalties
- Approximate time since install and total play count
iCloud and CloudKit
If iCloud is available on your device, Puzzle Moments may use Apple CloudKit private database storage to sync purchase entitlements and in-game economy state, such as unlocked content and choice credits, across your own devices.
Downloads and remote content
The app may download puzzle packs, daily puzzle assets and remote catalog files from hosted storage services. These requests are used to deliver game content and keep the app catalog up to date.
Purchases
If you purchase premium content, coins or subscriptions, payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store. Puzzle Memories does not receive or store your payment card information.
Data sharing
Puzzle Moments does not sell your personal information. Pseudonymous analytics and remote content requests may be processed by service providers solely to operate and improve the app.
Children
Puzzle Moments is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
